This is your own name that will be shown on the website. Please register with a different name if you want to avoid showing your real name.

It is possible there is a mistake in the email address or password you set at registration. Please follow the reset procedure.

    You can change your address under “Address” and “Seller”. This is found under “Account Settings” on your account page.

    Q6:Tell me how I can cancel my membership. When I quit, what happens to my personal information and the details I registered?


    If you wish to leave, please contact us on the [rinkak contact form] (https://www.rinkak.com/en/form/contact ), specifying your user name. After you leave, rinkak will keep your personal information and registered details for a certain period of time, after which we will delete them.

    We cannot restore the content from your previous registration, however you are welcome to re-register. We look forward to you participating again.
