Total prize $10,000! Announcement of “3D Printing Design Contest” on Rinkak

Kabuku Inc. (Head Office: Tokyo, Shibuya-ku; CEO: Masahiko Inada), is pleased to announce the launch of a design contest applying 3D printing technologies with total prize of $10,000. The contest will be held on “Rinkak” website, a manufacturing market place applying 3D printing technologies.

Through entries and applications of highly flexible 3D printing design, “3D Printing Design Contest” aims to widely appeal the excitement of digital fabrication, and therefore is an international contest for creators worldwide.


The contest theme is “Make WOW!” As creation is limitlessly expanding by 3D printers, new expressions and ideas are expected more than ever. Furthermore, as long as you have 3D data, anyone can enjoy professional manufacturing, and it can be said that we are in an era of dramatic change in the field of digital fabrication. With this background, the contest expects wide variety of submissions from creators worldwide.
